 5th Annual June Jones Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic

Come join June Jones for The 5th Annual June Jones Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic. Proceeds will benefit the Dr. Kanalu Young Hawaiian Studies Scholarship. Dr. Kanalu Young died Aug. 31 at the age of 54 after an fighting complications related to his paralysis of 39 years. He was and Associate Professor on the verge of becoming a Full Professor and a founding faculty member of the School of Hawaiian Knowledge.
Some of this year's celebrities include: golfing phenoms Tony & Gipper Finau, new University of Hawai'i Head Coach Greg McMackin, NFL Hall of Fame member Eric Dickerson, former NFL QB's Doug Williams, Neil Lomax, Earl Morrall, Jack Thompson, Vince Ferragamo and James Harris, former NBA All-Star Truck Robinson, Notre Dame legend Rudy Ruettiger and several UH former and current coaches including Rich Miano, Dennis McKnight and Nick Rolovich. Other celebrity commitments will be announced as they are confirmed.
The field will be limited to 20 teams. Each team will consist of five players plus a celebrity. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, longest drive and closet to the pin. |

The June Jones American Football Academy is a free two-day clinic for all American Samoa high school junior varsity and varsity football players and their coaches. Coach June Jones, other collegiate coaches and several NFL players of Samoan descent will personally lead the Academy
